At Carbon Cruising, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

1. New, unused items can be returned.  Returned items must be packed and received in the original packaging.
2. All returns must be complete within 30 days of the original receipt.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  This fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@carboncruising.com.  We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
6. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new condition and in its original packaging. If the item meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping and the 10% restocking fee.
7. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
