Shipping – Yes, we’ll ship our products just about anywhere!

We are a direct sales business, selling to our final customers without a distribution and/or retailers chain. We can deliver your item from our factory direct to you, your builder, designer, or anywhere you specify. We strive to deliver outstanding products with outstanding service.  In order to deliver our products as effectively as possible, we charge a per item shipping fee except in instances of freight shipping.

1. Our goal for shipping fees is to cover the shipping cost. We do not seek to profit from shipping our product.
2. Shipping fees are calculated by each item and delivery location. Each item has been considered for which method of shipping is most efficient. Most items can be shipped as “Parcels” using UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.
3. Items ordered in bulk can be shipped as “Freight.”  Freight items may require palletization and large truck access at the delivery point.  Items shipped via Freight to commercial addresses will be delivered to door or dock.
4. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
5. In some instances, shipping insurance is required.
6. For deliveries outside the US, all taxes, VAT, and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
